• Mission for a mobile bank: advised and executed the bank's strategy in its ICAAP, ILAAP, and Preventive Recovery Plan annual exercises
- Formulated and calibrated four stress scenarios aiming at evaluating the bank's resilience in terms of liquidity and solvency;
- Forecasted, simulated, and calculated indicators based on each scenario, in particular LCR, NSFR, and solvency ratio;
- Conducted risks analysis: credit, liquidity, business, market, and interest rate risks;
- Recommended and simulated recovery options;
- Generated the three deliverable reports assessing our analysis, findings, and conclusions, and presented to the Risk, Control, and Compliance Director and then to the French Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority.

• Mission for a French banking institution: contributed to the successful implementation of the bank's internal audit recommendations
- Implemented strategic improvements to optimize operational processes;
- Developed solutions to facilitate and enhance the management of banking operations.

• Initiated benchmark and research on ESG indicators and wrote an article on this subject.

• Built from scratch and enhanced time and cost optimization tools for data analysis and tracking;
• Compiled a database of over 200 past projects and performed analysis to support decisions for future projects;
• Constructed projects tracking report - time planning and financial management - using Microsoft Power BI, included a monthly report sent to C-level executives;
• Studied the profitability of pop-up stores, leading to consequent potential savings;
• Managed the World Call for Tenders: prepared and launched calls for bids, negotiated the best offer, supported the choice of the best supplier.
