• Modeling private equity method to real estate valuation.

• Defining credit risk, cash flow forecast, taxes and value creation personalized for each clients’ project.

• Build detailed financial models to analyze the impact of M&A on earnings, cash flow, and ownership.
• Perform company valuation using techniques such as DCF, Multiples, Comparable, LBO.
• Working with the team to create strategic presentation like company profiles, market overviews, strategic analysis, target research.
• Participating in the carve-out of the passive safety division valuated at 3B € and draw a summary of each Investment Bankers pitch.
• Drafting internal and external report including pitches for the Board of Management.
• Modeling cap table for shares acquisition in strategic businesses ranging between 5m € - 100 M€.
• Communicating internally with the management to keep up to date latest opportunities and ongoing deals.
• Analyzing Due Diligence and communicate to my colleagues the risks involved in the transaction.

• Controlling and verifying 30 clients’ accounts for the year end closing analyzing the cash flow cycle, equity cycle and assets cycle…
• Consolidation of company accounts with turnover around 10M €
• Travelling to clients to check accounts internally.
