DESCRIPTION
Our European Finance Development Programme offers talented graduates a fast track to a financial leadership role. Over three challenging and rewarding years, you will work on 3 different financial placements: for example a supply-focused role, a consumer-focused role and a financial control role. These assignments could take place in any of our local sites and in any of our categories, giving you plenty of diverse experience. One of these placements will be based in another European country, ensuring you get the invaluable international experience you need to make it to the top.
After three years you could be a talented business advisor, a manager with a team of your own and be well on your way to a job as a senior financial leader within Mars. We will support you all the way with international move support, senior manager mentors, tailored development plans, structured training programmes and excellent benefits.

Job Location: 3 year programme starting in Germany, UK, France or The Netherlands. Mobility required. Any Mars Europe Site (most likely Germany, France, UK, The Netherlands) options are available.
