Our European Sales and Marketing Graduate Programme is one of the most challenging and fast-paced in the FMCG world.

Join us and you’ll live and work in your home country for one year while working in sales, and in another European city working in the marketing for the second year, gaining the kind of exposure that other graduates can only dream of. It offers you maximum exposure to the brands and business of a global market leader in FMCG.

Your year in Sales

The programme starts within the Sales team in one country (local language must be spoken).

After a year in an assignments that may include Sales Representation (max. 6 months), Key Account Management or Trade Marketing Management you will go to another European country for your Marketing assignment.

For example as a Sales Executive you will be tasked with looking after business plans, devising promotional sales strategies and managing relationships with our key customers.

Your year in Marketing

From the minute you step through our doors, we’ll expect you to deliver on a range of campaigns. You’ll look after in-store promotions, new product launches, PR packaging, budget… and everything in between.
