FUTURE EXECUTIVES PROGRAMME – GROUP WIDE

If you’re an exceptional MBA qualified individual with an array of skills then through two rotational placements, each lasting a year, you will develop a deep understanding of how we work. You will get to see the challenges we face and most importantly develop the skills you will need to become an invaluable leader for the future in the Group.

These group wide rotational placements will be leadership roles across the group in particular in the Commercial, Community Banking, UK Wealth and Marketing, Digital and Telephone banking divisions.

FUTURE EXECUTIVES PROGRAMME – GROUP FINANCE

The Finance-specific programme aimed at experienced Finance professionals (or individuals who can demonstrate strong finance acumen). If you’re an exceptional MBA who has the desire to pursue a career within our Finance Division please select the ‘Future Executives Programme - Group Finance’ option when applying.

Within ‘Group Finance’, individuals will get to see the challenges faced within the Lloyds Banking Group Finance division and develop the skills needed to become an invaluable leader.
