Key achievements:
Lead the development and implementation of new modular ESG Reporting solution covering 400 portfolios, including dedicated mandates and UCITS funds.
Reduce the number of incidents below 0,01% of monthly reports produced (-50% in 3 years).
Complete reorganisation of the business unit from a regional to global and functional setup to address harmonisation targets.

Management of dedicated multi-disciplinary team: 20 people across UK and France.
Development and implementation of Real Assets Transformation Programme, including operational processes, relationships with service and technology providers; budget: EUR 15 mios
Influence and stimulate cultural and behavioural change by using targeted interventions with individuals, groups, andteams in a positive and supportive way.

Key achievements:
Define the precise roadmap of the Transformation Programme out of Deloitte recommendations and coordinate implementation
Selection and contract negotiation with major real estate software editor for global roll-out (EUR 2mios license fee per year)
Lead operational set-up transformation: reduction of number of service providers, including harmonization of processes and services across Europe; streamlining key operational processes like investor reporting, NAV calculation and control, budgeting

Management of Real Assets Middle Office and Data Management; 70 people across Europe
Financial Controlling, Asset Controlling and Data Management; AUM: EUR 80bn
Development of new operational processes: implementation of the new Front to Back set-up of the Commercial Real Estate and Infrastructure Debt platform; AUM: EUR 11bn

Creation of scalable operational set-up for Real Assets Debt department with one single partner globally (notably for funds in Ireland, UK and Luxembourg) in 9 months
Merge of unregulated and regulated middle office teams and harmonization of asset and portfolio controlling activities
Implementation of new regulatory requirements across AXA IM Real Assets, and notably for the regulated business lines: EMIR, AIFM, FATCA and CRS

Management of 15-people team in Paris and London and oversight of a 5-people team in India, recruitment, and staff training
Supervision of the operational support of a structured credit platform (AUM: EUR 29 bn): trade processing, NAV validation and risk reporting
