In charge of the development of Fragrance Maison Francis Kurkdjian products and animations :
- Establish a deck for a rationalisation strategy of the product portfolio : analyze SI/ SO per reference on Power BI and think about brand image and strategy to make recommandations
- Construct travel retail recommendations for brand expansion : new product proposal fitting with brand image
- Think about creative and strategic aspects of the 360 plans of future launches. Christmas season animation, bath and body revamp
- Manage 2 communication campaigns with external agencies (operational part, shooting day…)
- Produce more than 80 packaging artworks and mock-ups in collaboration with R&D teams, suppliers, and creative agencies
- Brief internal departments and external agencies (supplier, design department, merchandising and digital teams…)

In charge of the development of 2 fragrance franchises HERO and HER and gifting animations (Festive, Spring, Chinese New Year…), I have worked on 15 projects at all levels of development:
- Analyze the market and competition using tools such as NPD and follow the fragrance launches and trends on a regular basis.
- Implement a newsletter in the marketing fragrance team with news, key figures and trends
- Brief internal departments and external agencies (olfactive department, supplier, design agency, merchandising and digital teams…)
- Think about creative and strategic aspects of the 360 plans of future launches
- Produce packaging artworks and mock-ups in collaboration with R&D team, suppliers and fashion house
- Follow up the sample rounds at all levels of development (fragrance mock-ups, packaging, gifting, and wrapping elements, gift sets…)

During my one-year functions, I changed in depth the PR and communication strategy with the creation department and the executive committee of the association :
- Design a new graphical chart on social media with the help of the creation team
- Create a new communication strategy on social media : create more content and more interactions with followers. Results : from 500 to 1000 followers on Instagram in 1 year.

Main tasks:
- Manage a team of 10 people
- Train new members of the department (training in writing and canvassing)
- Plan the various tasks and coordinate them within the team before and after our events
- Participate in decision-making with the members of the association's executive committee

Intern within the Auchan's marketing and supply chain baby care department :
- Analyze the competition and make benchmarks
- Establish the regular product offer for the next collection and visual merchandising
- Organize the shooting of the new product collection and create a data base (more of 200 products)
- Manage and guarantee the delivery in the 2 international warehouses
- Create and follow up supplier’s orders via email and AS400 management
