Aveda, part of Estée Lauder Companies, is a beauty brand focusing on natural ingredients, eco-friendly practices, and holistic wellness. Known for its hair, skin, and makeup ranges, Aveda was the first to adopt the Ceres Principles in 1989, leading efforts against climate change, water scarcity, and promoting fairness in the workplace.
As the Aveda consumer marketing assistant, my responsibilities were designed to foster growth and contribute to the overall success of our marketing strategy in EMEA. I assisted the Senior Consumer Marketing Manager in strategic planning for the EMEA region, engaging in market research and social listening to enhance analytical thinking skills. My role involved tracking and analysing KPIs to develop a sense of ownership over campaign outcomes.
Additionally, I contributed to the creation of Go-To-Market toolkits, supporting the VM briefing process, and refining my communication and strategic planning skills. I organised the Earth Month event, leading a fundraising initiative for Charity: Water to support access to drinking water in disadvantaged communities.
A highlight of my experience was managing the AVEDA Round Table event at Chantilly. I oversaw logistics and activities for 80 guests, including an evening at Château Pontarmé, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience for all attendees.
This experience allowed me to enhance my marketing skill set while contributing to the success of a brand whose commitment to sustainability resonates deeply with my values and vision for the future of cosmetics.

ALPHA NERO is a retail design and production company.
They manufacture retail fixtures for luxury brands, with fully integrated services, from technical drawings, production, and delivery to installation. Their projects are ranging from permanent or temporary boutiques, and shop-in-shop, to pop-up stores, and are installed across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
During six months, I held a key role in supporting executives with their projects, contributing significantly to the success of tender calls, marketing events, and the company's website development. This was accomplished through the implementation of effective communication and marketing strategies, as well as crafting impactful campaigns. Additionally, I managed the social media accounts (Instagram, Linkedin), overseeing the creation and publication of content, newsletters, and other media materials.

Phi 1.618 was founded by Juliette Angeletti, an artisan in leather goods.
All of their creations are inspired by the golden ratio, known since antiquity as the most elegant measure found in nature. This proportion gives them harmony and a strong aesthetic. The leather hides are chosen from a selection destined for the greatest French luxury houses and are of exceptional quality. Their savoir-faire, "saddlery" tradition, eco-responsible production, and French manufacturing forge the spirit of the house.
As part of the community management team, my primary responsibility was to create and share captivating editorial content (including publications, videos, and articles) on the company's website and social media platforms. I had the chance to work at La Caserne Paris, the largest ecological transition accelerator dedicated to the fashion and luxury sector in Europe. This role provided me with an enriching experience in an entrepreneurial environment.
I also held the position of a saleswoman at the haute-maroquinerie's boutique in Paris, rue du Bac. During this period, I achieved considerable success in delivering customer service, managing sales, and overseeing merchandising operations to cater to the discerning clientele. This opportunity gave me a very rewarding first experience in sales.

Founded in 2007, EDHEC BBA Junior Consulting (EJC) is a Junior-Enterprise governed by the National Confederation of Junior-Enterprises, whose goal is to support companies and individuals in the development of their projects in finance, strategy, marketing, and communication.
I handled various tasks, including content creation for social media and the execution of projects aimed at boosting the association's presence among the 4000 EDHEC students.
My duties encompassed organising events, drafting communication and marketing strategies, and producing engaging audiovisual content. Additionally, I held a key role in communication across social networks, providing aesthetic direction for the association's Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn posts. Moreover, I contributed to designing a communication campaign specifically focused on recruiting the next generation members.
