• Management of scientific project at INSERM U1001 and AAREA related to liver and pancreas carcinoma in association with aging and redox homeostasis: Project planning, budget estimation, grant application follow up and reporting. (application to 2 FNAB Foundation grants 300 K€ each)
• Implement equipment and working capacity of the Proteomic platform at MediLS: equipment selection, contact with equipment sellers, designing of the physical space, personnel recruitment, personnel leadership and training. Involved in the administrative follow up of MediLS proteomic platform running budget. (150 K€ project, plus 96 K€ annual budget, 14 projets I 2014 and 10 in 2015)
• Formalize the Standard Operating Procedures for the Proteomic Platform.
• Revamp the future Mass Spectroscopy facility at MediLS.
• Partnered with external companies and scientist for proteomic services Design, create and administration of internal scientific projects, project related to skin for a cosmetic company (300 K€, 18 month project).
